The men of WTBA played a vital role at Parsons College in Fairfield, Iowa, encompassing both areas of campus activity, academic and social.  Their leadership ability was well represented through the college with WTBA members serving as student body president, vice-president, chairman of the Student Center Board, and member of the President's Advisory Council.

Parsons College - 1967

Established in 1961 at Parsons College, WTBA became an effective organization whose main objective was to provide an extra-curricular outlet for independent men.  The group maintained its own house used for parties and informal get-togethers.  Among the most memorable of the theme parties sponsored by WTBA in 1967 was the "Your Father's Mustache" party which drew campus-wide attendance.  The annual Spring Luau was an elaborate display of the fine organization within the group.

WTBA 1967

Cycling was a first among WTBA interests, and many members competed on their privately owned scrambling track.  The track hosted numerous invitational meets open to all cyclists on campus.
